I started sewing in 2014, since then my house has slowly been consumed by fabric!  I love bold prints, bright colours (but especially blue!) and a flattering silhouette. When not leaving trails of thread everywhere, I can be found down the local with my fiance or exploring the hidden gems of Birmingham. Never knowingly under-dressed, I'm excited to get join the Craft Sew & So blog team and combine their fabulous fabrics with my own eclectic style.

Hi I’m Dani. I’m a sewist in her mid-30s, an art geek by trade and a sewist for fun! I started to make my own clothes in April 2017 as I was fed up with never being able to find what I dreamt of in the shops, and started to share them on Instagram shortly after that. I started my blog - Pocket or Two - in September the same year! I love making things with collars, pockets and prints!

I’m Vicky and I live in a small town in Leicestershire with my Australian husband and scruffy puppy Dexter.  I dabble in knitting, crochet, photography and have sewn for as long as I can remember but my passion is dressmaking and of course fabric shopping (I love anything blue!). My ultimate sewing goal is to make a proper pair of jeans that fit.

I have been sewing for about 3 and a half years now after my husband took a risk and bought me a sewing machine for Christmas without even having mentioned it previously! Safe to say it worked.

My day job is working in Software support and my other hobbies include walking my two dogs and being a Guide leader which keep me busy sewing allows me to be creative and wear the crazy awesome clothes only I will want.
