It's time we addressed the issues we're all facing at the moment with Coronavirus and we hope we can help you rest assured we're doing all we can to keep both you as our customers and ourselves and staff safe.

Hello everyone,

In light of the current guidance regarding the coronavirus, we just wanted to let you know what we are planning to prevent the spread and keep everyone healthy.  We are upping our hygiene routine and are wiping down the machines and tables at the beginning and end of each workshops, and at the end of each day so they will be super clean and fresh!  We've stocked up on tissues and hand sanitiser for everyone's use too, so we can all do our part in reducing the spread of the virus.

keep your hands clean

We ask you to help us by following all other government guidance about hand washing.  There is antibacterial handwash and fresh towels daily in the toilet.  Alcohol gel is on the tea station and at the till, the team will be using this before making refreshments for customers. We want your experience at Crafty Sew and So to be as enjoyable as possible so if there is anything else you see and think we can do please let us know.

If you do feel unwell please email us to let us know that you won't be joining us for the workshop as soon as possible. We're suspending our usual policy for last minute cancellations in light of the uncertainty.  Last minute cancellations will be eligible to reschedule the workshop for another time, within 4 months of the original date.  All normal t&c's apply. This will apply to all workshops in March, April and May, at which point we will reassess the situation and make plans from then.

We hope this will help you feel confident in booking workshops with us and you can see we're taking everyones health and well-being very seriously.

We are not expecting to have to cancel any of the lovely workshops, or the event's we've got planned for the next few months, but if worse comes to worse we are making back up plans.  We will keep you posted but for now it is business as usual. We’ve just published a great range of workshops throughout May and June and look forward to seeing you on them!

Thanks for your continued support, this is a very scary time for small businesses, like ourselves.  Without you we face a very uncertain future and are grateful for all orders and workshop booking.
