Covid-19 Update - New Opening Hours

Posted by Freya Gilbert on July 24, 2020

Hello Everyone!

With shops in the city opening up this weekend, we're getting ready to welcome you back through our doors at Crafty Sew and So too.

We hope you will join us on Friday 31st July and Saturday 1st August
10-2pm when we re-open for our first weekend!

As you know, we're a small team, so we've been busy balancing child care, online orders and organising everything that needs doing before we can open to the public again.  We've worked through the advice and guidance provided by the council for safe re-opening and we're very excited to be able to offer as safe a shopping environment as possible for you to enjoy.

Of course there will be some changes to the shopping experience, but don't worry, we're still the same team of friendly Crafty Sew&So's we've always been.

Customer Limits

Firstly, we will be limiting the number of customers in store at any one time to THREE individuals.  This is to ensure we can maintain a safe social distance while you shop.  If you come shopping with friends or family, please respect this number as a maximum total people who can safely be in store.

Please be patient if there is a short wait when you arrive, you are welcome to que up or wait on the benches in the sunshine while we serve the customers who came before you.

Opening Hours

Our opening hours will vary to begin with, as we organise a new staff rota.  Some of our staff will continue to shield until they feel safe.

To begin with we will be open 10-2pm on Friday, Saturday and Mondays.

This will be evaluated regularly as things change in the city. Keep an eye on our newsletter, blog and social media for updates.
