About Crafty Sew & So

Hey there! I'm Freya, the creative mind behind Crafty Sew & So in Leicester.

I've been running Crafty Sew and So since 2015 with my friend Sarah, when we open a fabric shop and sewing studio. In 2020 we had to close our doors and since then I have been working hard to develop our range of sewing patterns and kits. When I'm not knee-deep in fabrics, you'll find me immersed in all things crafty - from crochet and pottery painting to raiding thrift shops for hidden treasures.

Sarah was very patient when teaching the class - making sure to explain everything while demonstrating and repeating advice again if we weren't sure.

I definitely recommend visiting if you're a complete beginner or just wanting to renew some past knowledge.
