Delivery and Returns

We ship UK orders through the Royal mail or selected trusted couriers. International orders are shipped with parcel force, through the Post Office or selected trusted couriers.

 

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over £50.

We aim to post parcels within five days of the order has been placed, please note we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays so orders will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address and person you provide at at the time you place the order.

We accept no liability for any delays as a result of the Royal Mail or courier service. If your items have not been delivered to you within 10 days of purchase please get in touch with us and we will raise an investigation. 

If you choose to collect your parcel from the studio, you will receive an email to confirm the order is ready for collection and it will be available immediately to collect from our studio.  Collections are available 10:30-2pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only. 

 

Our Refunds Policy

"I've changed my mind, what can I do?"

You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time within seven working days, beginning the day after you place your order.  In this case you will receive a full refund for applicable items (see below for restrictions) of the price paid for the products, once they have been returned to us.

Unless faulty the following items are not applicable for refunds: 

Fabrics which have been cut or washed

Items removed from the original sealed packaging

Paper and PDF patterns

 

What to expect when you return a product to us:

You are entitled to cancel the purchase contract for any permitted items with us within the seven-day cooling off period. We agree to process the refund within 30 days of the day you have given notice of cancellation via email. You must return the items to us in good time as soon after cancellation as possible. The refund will only be processed once we receive the returned items in the same condition in which you received them. The full cost of the original order will be refunded,  however, you are responsible for paying the cost of returning the items to us.

 

"My product is damaged or faulty"

If you need to return items for any other reasons please get in touch with us via email detailing the problem and including photographs if possible.

If applicable we will ask you to return the item, which we will examine and notify you of the refund decision via email within a reasonable length of time, usually within 30 days, starting the day after we have notified you. 

Products returned to us because of a defect will be replaced or refunded in full, including a refund on postage if applicable.

We accept no further liability.
