We are sharing our PDF pattern of this fab mask design by @RomildaPS and @StitchingOdyssey (on Instagram) to help everyone make their own masks, and keep safe.
The pattern includes sizes for standard and large adults.
These masks are to be used as face coverings for everyday use in areas where social distancing is more difficult. They are not PPE and do not provide medical grade protection.
You will need the following materials to make your mask:
110cm x 15 cm for all one colour or 4 of 28cm x 15cm pieces of Woven cotton fabric - you can mix and match the fabrics making this a great scrap buster! Check out our range of fat quarter packs
to make a matching set!
25cm x 2 elastic for over ear attachment or 90cm elastic for back of head wear (These are approximate measurements and you will need to adjust the elastic to fit you)

We've now had over 500 downloads of this pattern! We are so glad to have been able to help so many people stay a bit safer in this challenging time.
If you would like to give a little something back we would be delighted if you would like to contribute to a fantastic charity close to our hearts, One Roof Leicester. Here's a little video about the great work ORL does to help the homeless in Leicester and beyond making real change to people's lives: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MM2Pujcj8I0
