The top has an interesting crossover strap and keyhole detail at the back and is finished with elastic around the neckline and armholes for ultimate flexibility. The leggings feature a shaped waistband yoke which sits neatly just below the natural waistline to provide comfort and security. The side-seam-free style is ideal for floor exercises.

Recommended Fabrics:
Choose a medium weight jersey fabric with 4 way stretch which doesn’t roll too much on the raw edges, sports or swimwear Lycra, cotton with elastane and ponti roma are all ideal.
Notions:
For the Top - 3m of 1cm wide elastic
For the Leggings - your waist measurement in 19mm elastic.
Equipment:
Sharp fabric scissors, ballpoint jersey needle, sewing machine with a stretch stitch or narrow zigzag stitch, sharp pins, basic sewing tools.
Useful: Pattern weights, overlocker, coverstitch machine.
It is vitally important, when sewing your own clothes, to take accurate measurements of your body, and not rely on the sizing you expect to buy on the high street. For this pattern we have opted to use sizing XS-XXL, which approximately covers UK sizes 8-24. Measure yourself first to choose the right size for you!
